Served regions, estimated delivery times and rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on the address you enter. You will receive the tracking code by email as soon as the order is handed to the courier.

If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days from receiving the product to withdraw, without giving a reason. Just let us know at [contact email] before the deadline.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless we state otherwise.

1. Write to [contact email] with your order number.
2. We reply with instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Send the product back intact, with all its parts, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Once the return is received and checked, we refund within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, write to us within a few days of delivery with photos: we will resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
