The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right not to accept incomplete orders, orders suspected of fraud or orders we cannot fulfil.

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order. Payments are handled securely by Shopify and its payment providers: we never process or store your card details.

Served regions, delivery times and shipping rates are those shown at checkout. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery.

The contract is governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the jurisdiction of their place of residence and the option of using the European ODR platform.
